Yes. All product photos on this site are taken from our own stock and production batches — nothing is borrowed from other suppliers. For wear parts or tooling with cosmetic tolerance, we send real sample photos (or a physical pre-production sample for OEM orders) for your approval before mass production.
After payment is confirmed we issue a commercial invoice (and packing list) by email within one working day, and a proforma invoice is available before you pay. Copies of all documents are also kept in your account under My Account → Orders for re-download.
Please inspect the goods on arrival and report any shortage, damage or quality deviation within 14 days with photos and the packing list. Confirmed issues are settled by free replacement in your next shipment or a credit note. Customised and private-label items are produced to your approved specification and are not returnable except for manufacturing defects.
In most cases yes — out-of-stock items are usually in production rather than discontinued. Tell us the SKU and quantity you need and we will confirm a restock date, typically 15–30 days depending on the item, and reserve stock for you as a backorder.
We ship worldwide from Ningbo, China. Standard terms are FOB Ningbo with CIF, DDP and air / express options on request, and we can consolidate several categories or suppliers into one container or carton to keep your freight cost down.
