Questions Wholesale Buyers Ask

What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the item and whether it is a stock or made-to-order product. Most stock tools can start from a small trial quantity, while OEM / private-label items need a higher run. Send us the items you are interested in and we will confirm MOQ per line.
Can you print our logo and use our packaging?
Yes. We support OEM and ODM: logo printing or moulding, custom colours, and your own blister card, colour box or master carton artwork. Artwork files can be developed together with the factory.
How do you handle quality control?
Samples are confirmed before production. Before shipment we carry out a functional and quantity inspection and send packing photos for your approval. Third-party inspection on your side is welcome.
What are your payment and shipping terms?
Payment by T/T and PayPal; trade terms FOB Ningbo, with CIF, DDP and air / express options available. We can consolidate several categories or suppliers into one shipment.
Do you supply samples?
Yes, samples are available for evaluation. Sample cost and freight are normally quoted separately and can often be credited back against a bulk order.
