Contact details you give us: name, company name, email address, phone / WhatsApp number, country and shipping address when you fill in our contact or quote forms, create a customer account, or place an order.

Order and communication records: the products you enquire about or purchase, proforma and commercial invoices, packing lists and email correspondence.

Automatically collected technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and referring website, collected through server logs and cookies (including the LiteSpeed cache and WooCommerce session cookies needed to keep your cart and login working).

We use your information only to answer enquiries, prepare quotations, process and ship orders, provide after-sales support, and send service messages related to your orders. We may also use your email to send occasional product or stock updates; every such email includes an unsubscribe link.
